Why choose a cruise?
Although there's a long-held stereotype that cruises are for older people only (mainly retirees), they really aren't. They truly offer something for people from every walk of life - from teenagers to couples - so you should really be asking yourself why not, rather than why!
However if you remain hesitant and need to be convinced, here are some of the key benefits that coming with choosing a cruise.
Firstly, cruising offers spectacular value over its counterparts. Sure, you're paying a larger upfront fee (sometimes tens of thousands of pounds), however when you consider what you are getting for this, it'll seem worth it. On most cruise ships, this will cover your travel, accommodation, food, drinks, entertainment and any leisure activities you wish to indulge in. All you will need is some pocket money! Think about what great value for money this provides and it's reason enough to invest.
Secondly, how many other holiday operators can say they'll take you to 10 of the world's biggest sights in 14 days? Not many, is the answer. You can be in New York one might and Asia the next (not literally of course). It's an absolutely fabulous way to see the world in all of its glory. Plus, once you're done in one spot, you're taking via luxury transport to the next - what could beat that?
Next, the convenience of cruises is something many favour. Everything is provided for you; there's no need to worrying about making the bed every morning, for example. By the time you come back from breakfast and your morning activities, it's done. Food is provided for you whenever you fancy it, as are drinks and you'll never get bored, as the on-ship entertainment has something for everyone.
Lastly, cruises are quite simply lots of fun. You meet new people, get to try new activities and see the world in a completely unique way. What's not to like? Get it booked, get your cruise insurance sorted and head off on the adventure of a lifetime.
