This is a fantastic tour with a difference. Instead of going for a day – or two days – the time is a relatively short one of around 90 minutes. But this is more than made up for with a wonderful live show performed by some of the top stunt riders in Australia. So what is it all about? These riders act out the story of the amazing Light Horse heroes. You will be astonished at the feats performed on horseback and off with these well-trained animals.


But the show is not all you get. A three-course meal is included and you will be served an array of mouth-watering Aussie meals, including BBQ steaks, salad and damper, a form of Aussie bush bread. Drinks are included in the price and you can choose between beer, wine, soft drinks or tea. Additional alcoholic beverages may be purchased on the night. And how about this? You will also be given a real stockmen’s bush hat for free. These hats would be quite pricey to buy elsewhere. And now you’ll have a great hat to stop you from getting sunburned on your other tours.

Dessert is Pavlova with cream and Queensland berries. Children may choose to have sausages rather than steak and a variety of vegetables. If you are a vegetarian, need gluten free food or are a diabetic, no problems; you will be catered for as well. But you must advise about your needs when you book. If you are in a wheelchair, that is not a problem either so long as you inform ahead of time. Those under three years of age are not given seating or dinner.


This evening of fun and entertainment is found of the Gold Coast, only 20 minutes from the heart of Surfer’s Paradise. You can be picked up from specific Gold Coast venues or make your own way there for a slightly cheaper rate. The show is located from the Pacific Motorway and the doors open at 6.15pm. If you choose the pick-up option you will save the traffic/parking hassle and be told your departure date when the booking is confirmed.
