Bungy Jumping in Auckland
Aside from New Zealand's water attractions or Auckland's lava-lavas, one thing that really makes a vacation unforgettable is the amazing thrill that can make you shout out of your fast dropping unbelievable experience.

This is a so called “Bungy Jump” the first harbour bridge Bungy Jump in New Zealand is in Auckland's Harbour Bridge Adventure Centre, Westhaven Reserve, at the bottom of Curran St, Herne Bay. As for me this should be given the best award for providing a lifetime of thrill experience. A totally different activity to awake your nerves after waking up.

Getting to the Auckland's Harbour Bridge will be too easy for a tourist or a traveler. First, The Harbour Bridge is one of the famous places in Auckland and anybody can give you the direction. Second, a number of accommodations can be found close to the Harbour Bridge that just makes it too easy to be reached. The closest accommodation is “Mollies” a romantic small luxury hotel. Mollies hotel is one of six luxury 5 star, New Zealand hotels to receive the coveted 'Hideaways of The Year Award', and Harper's 'Longtime Favorite Hideaways in The World' Awards. From Mollies take the direction to the west on Tweed St. and turn right on Curran St. that makes it less than about ten minutes of walking slowly while exploring other buildings along the way.

If you are coming through your Campervan hire New Zealand, you could take Remuera Motor Lodge & Inner City Camping Ground 15 minutes to the center of the city. Features a quiet park-like setting, 3.5 acres. 15 fully self-contained 1 and 2-bedroom motel units, 50 caravan and campervan power and unpower sites, 20 tent sites. Camp amenities include communal kitchen, toilet/shower (no charge), TV room, laundry, large swimming pool, BBQ area, off-street parking, internet access. Close to shops, restaurants and main bus routes (within 200m).

Bungy Jump opens daily except on public holidays. This is operated by famous AJ Hackett Bungy that makes it worry free as it uses state-of-the-art safety equipment for its jumps and that includes a purpose-built jump pod and retrieval system. Prices is at $90 for adults and $64 for children. Make your reservations ahead and if your head count counts to ten you can take advantage of the discount. Some restrictions should be applied though. Children below ten years old should wait before they reach their tenth year. Weight should be between 35kilos to 155kilos. No cameras, mobiles or other gadgets allowed on your way down but that can be organized with the operators to take you quality photos or video of your experience of a lifetime.
